M1 Racing's Costa Charges from 15th to Second
While Rabe and Horak Finish One-Two in Expert ClassIn Pro Mazda Action Saturday at IMS

INDIANAPOLIS, July 10 — Some men and women start to ride bikes because they believe it's plenty of fun while some may do it to shed weight and for health reasons. These bikes might seem to be a superb value for a great bike, but research your purchase as it can be quite the investment. Maybe the new bike you're riding today will be well worth a great deal of money later on.

If you're properly training for cycling, then you're going within this cycle of energy. Cycling also can help improve your muscles. First of all, cycling is very good for your heart. It increases your longevity, and the good thing here is that you can go biking even when you get older.

While we firmly believe in automobiles (duh!), cycling also provides much reduced traffic congestion. It will truly help you to live a much longer life. It is a favorite sport of mine. It has helped a lot of people lose weight and build up their cardiovascular health. As always, we recommend top products, like a cycling power meter, while training. It is one of the best ways to get fit and stay fit, and most importantly there a lot of fun. It is a very healthy activity, until you get smacked by a car for not paying attention. Road cycling isn't practically racing from one area to the next although there are tons of cyclists who do nothing but that.
